1. WHY SHOULD I BECOME A PART OF FAITH ARMY?
GOT FAITH ARMY membership allows for our fans to get first pick on their tickets and many other perk. FAITH ARMY allows consumers to purchase tickets before going on sale, early entrance, in addition to many other benefits like Exclusive T-shirt, Artist Q&A and Meet and Greet when available. and More!

2. WHAT DO I RECEIVE AS A GOT FAITH ARMY MEMBER?
All GOT FAITH ARMY Members receive the following:

FREE & EARLY ADMISSION to one GOT FAITH Music event of your choice
LIMITED EDITION GOT FAITH ARMY T-SHIRT *

3. IS THE FAITH ARMY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferrable.

4. CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY PASS FOR ADMISSION?
No. Your pass is barcoded with your information and cannot be used by another individual for early admission. ID may be required at each venue to confirm membership. If this policy is abused, member may lose membership benefits with no refund.

5. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE PASS AND FREE T-SHIRT?
Your t-shirt, pass and merchandise discount voucher will be mailed to you once you join FAITH ARMY.

6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE GOT FAITH ARMY PASS AND EXCLUSIVE GOT FAITH SHIRT?
While most orders ship within one week, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of your order, please email: army@gotfaithmusic.com we will make every effort to have your order to you before your show. However, if shipping is delayed and order is not received you may still receive early entry by printing a temporary pass. You may also choose to pick up at venue day of show 2 hours before doors.

7. WHEN CAN I/SHOULD I JOIN GOT FAITH ARMY?
We encourage you to join FAITH ARMY as early as possible. Memberships are sold on a "first come, first serve" basis and there are a limited # sold in every market. If there are memberships still available, you can join up until the day of the show.

If memberships are no longer available (see store http://gotfaithmusic.com for details), you can still enter through our General Admission line.

8. WHAT DO I NEED TO GET IN THE FAITH ARMY ENTRANCE?
You will need either your FAITH ARMY PASS or your e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership (remember, membership is per individual and is not transferrable.)

9. CAN I BECOME A PART OF GOT FAITH ARMY AT THE DOOR?
No. All GOT FAITH ARMY Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a Membership the day of show online. If you order too late to get your pass in the mail, no worries, simply bring your email confirmation for early admission thru the GOT FAITH entrance. You can also purchase a GOT FAITH Membership online via your cell phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the GOT FAITH Coordinator at the door.

10. HOW DO I BECOME A PART OF THE FAITH ARMY?
FAITH ARMY Memberships are ONLY available at the following link. GotFaithMusic.com

11. THE SHOW IS TONIGHT/TOMORROW, AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PASS OR T-SHIRT. WHAT DO I DO?
No problem. Simply print and bring your email confirmation for admission. ID may be required.

12. HOW MUCH DOES GOT FAITH ARMY MEMBERSHIP COST?
FAITH ARMY Memberships: costs $34.99 (+ S&H); per person

13. DO I HAVE TO BECOME A PART OF THE FAITH ARMY TO GET GREAT SEATS AT GOT FAITH Music Events?
No. You can get great seats by waiting in line on the on sale date at the venues box office. Remember though, GOT FAITH Music is an all RESERVED Seating event, and we cannot guarantee admission without a FAITH ARMY Membership. Depending on venue size and capacity, some shows do sell out. FAITH ARMY members have access to purchase tickets before the general public through exclusive pre-sales and are guaranteed a great seats.

14. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE IF I HAVE A FAITH ARMY PASS?
These times could vary depending on venue regulations, so please check your email confirmation and the times listed on gotfaith.com for more details. Please keep in mind, if you do not arrive during the exclusive entry time, you may miss and extra perks available to you.

15. WHY DO I STILL NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE EARLY IF I HAVE A FAITH ARMY PASS? WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
We HIGHLY suggest that you allow ample time for traffic, parking your vehicle, and locating the FAITH ARMY entrance to be assured of early admission and preferred seating. Got Faith will not be responsible for any delays you experience!

16. WHAT ARTIST(S) WILL BE AT THE GOT FAITH Q&A FOR EACH SHOW AND HOW LONG IS IT?
Due to day of show schedules and commitments, Got Faith cannot guarantee which artist or artists will attend the Q&A. However, we do guarantee that at least one main stage artist will participate when available. The Q&A will last between 10-20 minutes depending on the day of show schedule.

17. WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE GOT FAITH Q&A TAKE PLACE?
Times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. Q&A will take place from the main stage. Please contact venue or log on to gotfaithmusic.com

18. HOW OFTEN WILL GOT FAITH ARMY INSIDER EMAILS BE SENT OUT?
Whenever there is significant news to communicate, particularly around the launch of a new events.

19. HOW DOES ADMISSION TO MULTIPLE SHOWS WORK FOR GOT FAITH?
As a GOT FAITH ARMY member, you will be admitted to one show for free (you will have to choose which show prior to joining and it MUST be the first show you attend.) Any additional Got Faith Music Events you attend for the remainder of current series, you will be allowed all of the benefits of your membership (including early admission through the Goth Faith Music - Faith ARMY entrance and the best seats in the house but you will have to pay the admission price of your choice. Be sure to bring your GOT FAITH pass plus photo ID to take advantage of this benefit.

20. HOW LONG IS MY FAITH ARMY MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships last for 12 months from the date of purchase

21. WHAT HAPPENS TO FAITH ARMY MEMBERS IF A SHOW GETS CANCELLED?
If a show gets cancelled, your membership remains the same. You will receive your collectable GOT FAITH T-shirt, pass, and lanyard in the mail and you will still have the chance to attend another live show for free as long as you have your GOT FAITH pass or your email confirmation. Refunds will NOT be issued if a show gets cancelled. Email (email) with specific questions.

22. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY FAITH ARMY MEMBERSHIP?
Once FAITH ARMY Memberships are placed, they may not be changed, added to, or refunded. Please look over your order carefully before submitting and make sure you have everyone in your group accounted for. FAITH ARMY Members MUST arrive at the FAITH ARMY entrance during the exclusive entry time (listed on store). Please allow for traffic and parking time. The Got Faith Music team is not held liable if FAITH ARMY members arrive later then the designated time and are turned away or do not receive premium seating.
